Social compliance
BSCI, SEDEX SMETA and WRAP audit reports reviewed and validity-checked before order placement. Zero tolerance for unauthorised sub-contracting.
Structural & fire safety
RSC / Nirapon inspection status verified, including remediation progress, fire exits, alarm systems and electrical safety records.
Product safety testing
OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, azo-free dye confirmation, pH, colour fastness, shrinkage and needle-detection reports from accredited labs.
Inspection protocol
Inline at 20% output, midline at 50%, final random inspection at AQL 2.5 (major 2.5 / minor 4.0) with photographic reporting.
